A tree fell on my house and destroyed a section of flat, rubber roof. Eco Pro Roofing did a great job replacing the the roof.

Being a retired contractor and having a home and barn that are 120+ years old I am versed on both sides of contracting. This presents a different perspective on the tradesmen that are chosen to do the work here. As well my health does not allow me to be as hands on as I would like, based on that it is very important to me to have faith and trust in the tradesmen that work on my home. These things are increasingly more difficult to find these days. EcoPro Roofing and Gutters was brought in to power wash my house over a year ago. When I met Quinn I sensed a level of integrity that is difficult to come by these days. His crew showed up on time the day the work was scheduled and went right to work. The job came out better than I could have expected. A few months later I had some roofing issues on my house, once again the crew showed up right on time as expected and went to work. With this project not everything went as expected, unforeseen items cropped up that caused Quinn to have the crew back a second day because he did not like the way it would have turned out if he had not adjusted. The job was done properly and he was able to still bring the job to close within the quote.

We just finished the 3rd project at the house which was a new roof on the barn. Once again the communications prior to the job were spot on, all questions I had were answered and the crew showed up on time as scheduled. They went right to work and by 3:00pm I had a new roof on the barn. In all three projects the quotes were timely and at a very reasonable price. The crews cleaned the job site to a point I could not tell they had been there working, as well at the end of the day Quinn would stop by on his way back from the projects he was on and inspect the job and site. The crews all displayed respect for our property and us as well as each other. I rest easy knowing I have this resource.

In November 2023 a pipe burst in the attic of my elderly mother’s home. The stressful experience of having to restore the ceiling, insulation, wallboard and flooring in one third of her home during winter months was made immensely more taxing when the failure of her 30-year-old roof put recovery work in hiatus, regardless of the ongoing crisis of uncontrol heat loss. Having had an excellent experience roofing my own home with Eco-Pro during the summer of ’23, Eco-Pro was my go-to for finding a timely and effective solution for my mother’s dilemma. No job is completely straightforward, often for surprising reasons. Creative problem solving, sensitivity to the needs of an elderly client, flexibility, and, at last, a break in the weather made it possible to reroof her house in early March. Eco-Pro’s delivery was exactly as I had expected given our prior collaboration: professional, respectful, well organized, and attentive to details. The roof looks great and is performing as promised. I cannot overemphasize how impressed I have been by the level of consideration Eco-Pro extends while working to help clients achieve their project goals.

EcoPro did an outstanding job on our tear down of clapboard, along with rot repair and installed new vinyl siding with custom Azac trim and moldings. He and his crew were very professional, well priced and I ended up with high quality results. They also installed some last minute gutters while. Great contractor and will use again.

I recently purchased a home and it was not clear how old the roof was. I reached out to eco pro and scheduled a free roof inspection. Quinn was able to come within a day or two and I felt he was extremely honest. He told me which parts of my roof should be done sooner rather than later. We decided to move forward with the section of the roof that needed to be completed. They showed up when they said they would, were extremely respectful of the property, and did a great job. Everything with eco pro went very smoothly and we will be using them for the other parts of our roof when the time comes!

The guys made the roof process easy, timely meet up for measurements and a fair quote given quickly. They were great about communicating materials and timelines despite a mid winter install. The men clearly took pride in their work as the roof came out flawless. Standing seam metal roof came out perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough.

No need to look anywhere else. EcoPro had our roof replaced in one day. Not only was the entire team hard working and thorough. They were also very professional and respectful of my property and family. The owner, Quinn, was always available and responsive. He is such a genuine, friendly soul who loves dogs!!
